• Promote premium tile adhesives and epoxy grouts at sites.
• Coordinate product approvals through site samplings.
• Drive tertiary sales through field activities.

Role Summary

To drive demand generation from sites and influencers like tile contractors and architects for Tile Adhesive and epoxy grout portfolio. .

Key Responsibilities

• Developing relationship with Architects and drive focus product baskets at their sites.
• Adoption of users (Tiling contractors). Drive loyalty programs with adopted users.
• Candidate with strong business development background in building material industry preferred from Tile adhesive industry.
• Driving focus product baskets like premium tile adhesives and epoxy grouts.
• Responsible for Product approvals through site samplings.
• Drive tertiary sales by above mentioned responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or BE Civil

Experience & Industry Background

• 2 years of experience in sales
• Experience in Tile Adhesive, Building Materials, Construction Chemicals, Tiles, or related industries preferred
• Candidates with strong retail and dealer network exposure in Surat market will be preferred
• Strong retail and tertiary sales orientation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Market development and field execution capability
• Basic understanding of building materials and construction products
• Negotiation and convincing skills
• Result-oriented, disciplined, and target-driven
