Job summary

Advance Paints Pvt. Ltd. Sewri, Mumbai is seeking an R&D Executive to support development of new paint formulations and improvement of existing products. You will conduct experiments, analyze results, and collaborate with QC and production to ensure high-quality, cost-effective solutions.

The role involves refining formulations, testing raw materials, recording data, and enabling scale-up with cross-functional teams. Strong knowledge of paint chemistry and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of R&D experience in paint industry.
• Strong knowledge of paint chemistry and formulation techniques.
• Experience with laboratory experiments and data analysis.
• Ability to document results clearly and accurately.

Responsibilities

Responsibility

The R&D Executive supports the development of new
paint formulations and improvement of existing products.

This role involves conducting experiments, analyzing

Conduct laboratory experiments to develop and refine paint
formulations.

development.

Record and analyze experimental data, maintaining accurate lab

scale-up of lab-developed products.

Assist in developing cost-effective & durable formulations.

technologies.
