Chemie Products Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced R&D Manager to spearhead formulation development, drive product innovation, optimize processes, and troubleshoot technical challenges across coatings or related chemical products.

The ideal candidate holds an advanced degree in chemistry or chemical engineering and has extensive R&D leadership experience, with deep expertise in pigment dispersions, color matching, and resin chemistry for water-based and solvent-based systems.

Formación

• M.Sc. Chemistry / B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 7-10 years of R&D experience.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in pigment dispersions, color matching, resin chemistry, and water-based & solvent-based formulations is essential.
