Job summary

Idealcrew Technology is seeking a dynamic candidate for an entry-level role in Research & Development focused on paint, coating and aerosol formulations. You will contribute to developing and improving formulations through lab trials and performance testing.

Responsibilities include evaluating raw materials, pigments, resins and additives, and supporting QA, product trials and troubleshooting to ensure quality and consistency across projects. BSc freshers are encouraged to apply.
