Job summary

ZF Group in India is seeking a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager for Order Management. You will manage customer orders, issue quotations, and coordinate with Central Order Management to ensure timely order execution.

The role requires SAP SD proficiency, strong communication, and a collaborative team approach. Responsibilities include handling credit and delivery notes, managing online service accounts, export documentation support, and generating business reports.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders in adherence to established business rules and procedures. Create and maintain sales quotations based on requests from Sales teams.
• Process credit notes and delivery notes in accordance with defined guidelines. Coordinate with Central Order Management to monitor and follow up on order execution.
• Administer customer and user accounts for online service platforms. Support export documentation activities to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute standard operational and business reports.
• Create and maintain SAP Sets based on business requirements and stakeholder requests.
• Ensure all activities are performed in line with agreed SLAs, quality standards, and work instructions. Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
