Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders per defined rules. Create and maintain sales quotations from Sales teams.
• Process credit notes and delivery notes; coordinate with Central Order Management to monitor order execution.
• Administer customer and user accounts for online service platforms; support export documentation for compliance.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute standard operational and business reports.
• Create and maintain SAP Sets per business requirements and stakeholder requests.
• Ensure activities meet SLAs, quality standards, and work instructions; contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders in adherence to established business rules and procedures. Create and maintain sales quotations based on requests from Sales teams.
• Process credit notes and delivery notes in accordance with defined guidelines. Coordinate with Central Order Management to monitor and follow up on order execution.
• Administer customer and user accounts for online service platforms. Support export documentation activities to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute standard operational and business reports.
• Create and maintain SAP Sets based on business requirements and stakeholder requests.
• Ensure all activities are performed in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and work instructions. Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
