Role Purpose
The Training Module Development & Client Coordination Senior Executive / Asst Manager will support The Redwood Edge in designing high-quality learning content and ensuring smooth, professional coordination with clients. The role combines instructional-design capability, strong written communication, attention to detail, and dependable project follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
Training Module Development
- Develop customised training modules, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, presentations, handouts, assessments, and learning activities.
- Convert client briefs, business challenges, and programme objectives into clear, engaging learning content.
- Research relevant leadership, customer experience, service excellence, communication, culture, and behavioural topics.
- Create practical case studies, role plays, scenarios, reflection exercises, group activities, and quizzes suitable for corporate participants.
- Design visually professional PowerPoint presentations aligned with The Redwood Edges standards and client branding requirements.
- Review and refine existing modules based on facilitator feedback, participant feedback, and changing client needs.
- Maintain an organised, up-to-date repository of training content, templates, reference material, and programme versions.
- Support the preparation of programme agendas, session plans, pre-work, post-session resources, and evaluation forms.
Client Coordination
- Act as a professional coordination contact for assigned clients before, during, and after training engagements.
- Schedule calls, meetings, programme dates, reviews, and follow-ups with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Gather client requirements related to programme objectives, participant profiles, logistics, branding, venues, and deliverables.
- Prepare and share programme-related documents, including proposals, agendas, participant communications, pre-work, and post-programme reports.
- Maintain accurate records of client conversations, commitments, timelines, feedback, and pending actions.
- Coordinate with facilitators, vendors, venue teams, and client representatives to ensure programme readiness.
- Follow up promptly on approvals, participant lists, content inputs, logistical requirements, and feedback.
- Ensure all client communication is timely, courteous, accurate, and aligned with The Redwood Edge brand.
Programme and Administrative Support
- Assist in creating programme reports, feedback analyses, completion reports, and client presentations.
- Track project timelines and flag potential delays or gaps early.
- Support the preparation of invoices, purchase-order follow-ups, and documentation where required.
- Assist during virtual or in-person programmes with participant materials, presentation readiness, attendance, feedback collection, and logistics.
- Contribute ideas for improving content quality, delivery processes, client experience, and operational efficiency.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Education, or a related discipline.
- 25 years of experience in training coordination, instructional design, learning and development, consulting support, or client servicing.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and online collaboration tools.
- Ability to create clear, visually appealing, and participant-friendly learning material.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong planning, follow-up, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage several assignments and deadlines with accuracy and composure.
- A professional, proactive, client-focused, and detail-oriented approach.
