Oliva Skin & Hair Clinic is seeking a Finance Accountant – P2P to handle end-to-end procure-to-pay activities across multiple clinics in Telangana. The role includes reconciling B2C collections, banking entries and refund controls, with a focus on accuracy and strong internal controls.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in P2P within healthcare or retail, a commerce-related degree, and hands-on ERP experience (MSD preferred). You will support audits and ensure compliant, disciplined processes.

Qualificações

• Degree in commerce or equivalent; MBA Finance or CA Inter preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in P2P within Retail or Healthcare sectors.
• Strong understanding of P2P accounting and ERP systems.
• High attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end Purchases & Payment Accounting, including invoicing and payments.
• Process daily bank entries, NEFT/RTGS, cash and net banking.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and ensure timely clearing of entries.
• Review petty cash, ensure proper receipts and approvals, and reconcile periodically.
• Strengthen internal controls over revenue leakage and refunds; support audits.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Finance Accountant – P2P to manage end-to-end Procure to Pay activities for multi-state clinic operations. The role involves managing B2C sales related reconciliation of collections, banking entries, refund controls across clinics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Purchases & Payment Accounting

Accounting of Purchases and Expenses and proper knock-off against invoices Payments.

Accounting multiple modes of payments:

Cash

Net Banking

NEFT/RTGS

Daily bank entries in MSD / ERP software.

Bank reconciliation statements (BRS) preparation.

Ensuring timely clearing of outstanding entries.

4. Petty Cash Review & Accounting

Review and verification of clinic petty cash expenses.

Ensuring expenses are supported with proper bills and approvals.

Accounting of petty cash transactions in ERP.

Periodic petty cash reconciliation and reporting.

5. Internal Controls & Compliance

Ensure adherence to SOPs for P2P processes.

Strengthen controls over revenue leakage and unauthorized refunds.

Support internal and statutory audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / MBA Finance / CA Inter preferred.

3–6 years of experience in P2P Retail or Healthcare industry.

Strong understanding of:

• P2P accounting
• Hands-on experience in ERP systems (MSD software preferred).

High attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Ability to manage multi-location accounting operations.

Strong reconciliation and analytical ability
