Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end P2P service delivery ensuring achievement of all contractual SLAs and KPIs.
- Manage Invoice Processing, Vendor Master, Query Resolution, Vendor Reconciliation, Payment Processing, Employee Expenses, and AP Controls.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices, approvals, payment runs, and vendor issue resolution.
- Drive reduction in invoice aging, payment delays, duplicate payments, and unresolved vendor queries.
- Monitor operational performance through dashboards, scorecards, and governance reviews.
- Lead large teams comprising Team Leaders, SMEs, and Associates.

The P2P Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay function for a large retail enterprise, ensuring seamless delivery of Accounts Payable operations, Vendor Management, Invoice Processing, Query Resolution, Vendor Reconciliation, Payments, Expense Management, and Master Data Governance.
The role will oversee multiple teams and team leaders across offshore and onshore locations, ensuring achievement of SLAs, KPIs, productivity, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets. The individual will be responsible for driving operational excellence, digital transformation, AI-led innovation, automation initiatives, process standardization, and governance while partnering with Finance, Procurement, Treasury, Business Users, and Global Shared Services leadership.
- Own end-to-end P2P service delivery ensuring achievement of all contractual SLAs and KPIs.
- Manage Invoice Processing, Vendor Master, Query Resolution, Vendor Reconciliation, Payment Processing, Employee Expenses, and AP Controls.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices, approvals, payment runs, and vendor issue resolution.

- Drive workforce planning, productivity improvement, utilization management, and succession planning.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching, mentoring, and capability development initiatives.
- Ensure high employee engagement and retention.
- Act as primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders including CFO, Finance Controller, Procurement Head, GPO, and Shared Services Leadership.
- Conduct governance calls, operational reviews, and business performance discussions.
- Manage escalations and ensure timely closure of critical issues.
- Build strong partnerships with Procurement, Treasury, IT, Business Units, and Vendors.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOPs, RCSA, audit requirements, and compliance frameworks.
- Drive audit readiness and timely closure of audit observations.
- Monitor risks, control gaps, and mitigation plans.
- Maintain process documentation and governance standards.
- Lead Lean, Six Sigma, AI, and Automation initiatives across the P2P landscape.
- Drive adoption of OCR, RPA, GenAI, workflow automation, and analytics solutions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce operating costs.
- Lead operating model transitions, migrations, ERP implementations, and process stabilization activities.
- Manage operational budgets, resource planning, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Track financial impacts of automation, productivity benefits, and transformation programs.
- Support annual operating plans and business case development.
