Job summary

Miles Education is seeking an experienced Manager with strong end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) expertise to lead global SSC processes from Bengaluru. The role focuses on P2P operations, vendor payments, and payroll-related expenses, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

You will drive month-end close, KPI adherence, and stakeholder collaboration across multinational teams while mentoring high-performing staff and identifying automation opportunities to raise efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in P2P and Accounts Payable operations.
• Experience managing teams in Shared Services/GCC environments.
• Hands-on with ERP systems such as SAP, D365, Ariba, or Business Central.
• Good understanding of IFRS or US GAAP.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end P2P operations including PO, invoices, vendor master, expenses, and payments.
• Ensure compliance with policies and statutory requirements.
• Drive month-end close, reporting, reconciliations, and KPI adherence.
• Lead client interactions and stakeholder relationships across global teams.
• Identify automation and process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Monitor SLAs and resolve escalations to ensure service excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams through coaching and performance management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement.

• Manage end-to-end P2P operations including Purchase Orders, Invoice Processing, Vendor Master, Employee Expenses, and Payments.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing while maintaining compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Drive month-end close activities, reporting, reconciliations, and KPI adherence.
• Lead client interactions and manage stakeholder relationships across global teams.
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor SLAs, resolve escalations, and ensure service excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams through coaching and performance management.

Required Skills:
