Qualifications

• Hands-on preventive and breakdown maintenance experience.
• Able to read engineering drawings, tolerances and basic GD&T.
• Familiar with precision measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of tools, dies and fixtures.
• Inspect tooling condition and identify wear, damage, defects and potential failures.
• Repair, modify, recondition, sharpen, and replace worn components.
• Troubleshoot tooling-related production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Support tool trials, development, validation and improvement activities.
• Coordinate with production, quality, engineering and vendors on tooling issues.
• Maintain tooling maintenance schedules, service history and records.
• Ensure tool accuracy, availability and performance to meet production/quality needs.
• Monitor downtime, wear and costs; implement corrective actions.
• Follow 5S, TPM, safety procedures and standard maintenance practices.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Tooling & Maintenance Engineer responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and improving tools, dies, fixtures and related manufacturing equipment. The role will support production continuity, tooling quality, preventive maintenance and continuous improvement.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
