Aufgaben

• Operate EDM Sparking Machines for mould manufacturing, repair, maintenance, and modification.
• Perform EDM machining on mould components as per engineering drawings and electrode designs.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, electrode drawings, and machining instructions.
• Set up electrodes and workpieces accurately, ensuring proper alignment before machining.
• Select suitable sparking parameters based on material, electrode type, and required surface finish.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy, profile accuracy, and quality standards during machining.
• Independently perform electrode setting, workpiece setting, and EDM operations with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with Tool Designers, Tool Makers, and Quality Inspection teams to resolve machining issues.
• Carry out routine machine inspections, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain machining records and adhere to safety procedures and 5S practices.
