Job summary

Saint Gobain in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Senior Engineer - Systems to configure SAP processes and support portal integration for Sales and Manufacturing. You will provide day-to-day functional support across SAP modules, assist in developing and rolling out new functionalities, manage user access, and collaborate with IT on BRDs and portal projects within the Supply Chain domain.

Job Description: Senior Engineer - Systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure SAP processes and support portal integration for Sales and Manufacturing functions.
• Provide day-to-day functional support to Business Units operating across multiple SAP modules.
• Assist in the development and rollout of new functionalities within the companys SAP landscape.
• Work closely with various functions, provide digital solutions for process simplification, create business requirement document (BRD), liaison with IT for the development.
• Manage the business definition and profile of users on portal, access rights and data integrity.
• Collaborate with TechOps IT Project Management teams on portal integration projects for Sales & Manufacturing.
• Identify and support IT-related improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain domain.
• Work closely with business end users to deliver accurate Sales Reporting and Analysis.
• Support cutover activities and implementation of supply planning solutions for various business units.
