Job summary

Belfrost International is seeking a Senior SAP Leader to drive strategy, governance, and ongoing optimization across core SAP modules. You will manage cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver scalable SAP solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires deep hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, IDOC integrations, and omnichannel integrations, including POS and E-commerce interfaces, with a focus on driving business value through robust BI reporting using Power BI.

• 8+ years in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP strategy, governance, support and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage and optimize SAP modules MM, WM, SD, FICO, PP.
• Drive end-to-end SAP integrations using IDOCs, APIs and middleware.
• Oversee integrations with POS systems, e-commerce platforms, and Power BI for reporting.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Lead SAP projects including implementations, upgrades, rollouts and enhancements.

• FICO (Finance & Controlling)
• PP (Production Planning)
• Drive end-to-end SAP integrations using IDOCs, APIs, and middleware.
• Oversee integrations with:
• POS systems
• E-commerce platforms
• Power BI for reporting and analytics
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Lead SAP projects including implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and enhancements.
• Manage internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and system stability.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Commerce, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of SAP experience, including 8+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP MM, WM, SD, FICO, and PP.
• Hands-on experience with IDOC integrations, POS integrations, E-commerce integrations, and Power BI integration.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and omnichannel business environments is preferred.
