Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners India is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to design, develop, configure, and enhance our ServiceNow platform, supporting enterprise IT Service Management and workflow automation initiatives. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions across ITSM modules and integrations.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certification is required.
• Strong ITSM experience and familiarity with Service Catalog and Flow Designer.
• Hands-on with REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Solid understanding of ITIL practices and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Configure and support ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, Service Catalog.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Catalog Items, and Flow Designer automations.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and Service Bridge.
• Manage platform administration, security, upgrades, and performance optimization.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Engineer to design, develop, configure, and enhance our ServiceNow platform, supporting enterprise-wide IT Service Management (ITSM) and workflow automation initiatives. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Configure and support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, and Service Catalog.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of ServiceNow development and administration experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certification
• Strong expertise in ITSM modules, Service Catalog, Workflow/Flow Designer
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
• Strong understanding of ITIL and Service Management best practices
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CIS/CAD Certifications
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, ITOM, ITAM
• Knowledge of HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, SOX compliance
• Healthcare or managed services experience
