Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in mechanical, automotive or related field.
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Data Science or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in reliability or similar field.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse all field claims related to combustion engines from service systems: warranty, dealers databases.
• Identify trends, recurring issues, and abnormal failure rate.
• Build dashboards and reports summarizing claim evolution over time.
• Retrieve, structure, and preprocess ECU data sent from customer machines, connected fleets, or field-test programs.
• Analyse logs to identify abnormal behaviours, early degradation indicators, limit exceedances, or rare operating conditions.
• Compare machine usage profiles against expected duty cycles to detect misuse or unexpected operating patterns.

Experience:

• More than 5 years of experience in similar field

Preferred Skills / Special Skills:

• Engine systems knowledge including failure modes
• Relevant KPI for reliability (MTBF, MMTF, B10 Lifetime, Failure Rate)
• Business intelligence (Power BI, AI)
