Job summary

M5 Mahendra Group in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage measurement sheets, material estimates, rate analysis and contractor billing. The role requires strong ERP and Excel skills, with 7–9 years of relevant experience in QS, estimation, and billing, to support audits and final settlements.

Based at our Bengaluru office, you will validate indents, track RA bills, monitor cost control, and maintain trackers for work orders and procurement to ensure timely and accurate

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering required.
• 7–9 years of experience in QS, estimation, and contractor billing.
• Strong ERP and Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed measurement sheets, BBS, material quantity estimates and rate analysis.
• Validate material indents and specifications in ERP prior to approvals.
• Receive contractor RA bills and verify them with site team.
• Check quantities against drawings and actual progress.
• Prepare material reconciliation statements and work order compliance.
• Ensure RA bills are prepared and processed within timelines.
• Maintain updated Work Order Tracker.
• Maintain Consolidated Activity Tracker for RA bills across multiple contractors.
• Maintain Bill Tracker and debit tracker for each submission.
• Update Material Consumption & Procurement Tracker for cost monitoring.
• Highlight risks such as quantity overruns, cost escalations, or billing discrepancies.
• Support audits, reconciliations and final account settlements.

Requirements
