Job summary

Emerson in Mumbai is seeking a Proposal Engineer to apply strong knowledge of flow measurement technologies (Coriolis, vortex, electromagnetic) to technical reviews and tailored proposals.

You will collaborate with factories, review customer inquiries, and agree on offering strategies while ensuring timely, error-free proposals and resolving technical queries. Proficiency with Oracle GQF, CRM, Product Advisor, and MyEmerson is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Flow measurement technologies.
• Ability to drive results in a highly matrixed organization.
• Willingness to work long hours to meet deadlines.
• Degree in Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience in related Proposals function.

Responsibilities

• Possess strong understanding and clear working knowledge of Flow measurement technologies such as coriolis, vortex, electromagnetic flowmeters
• Perform technical review of customer’s enquiry and make note of key points
