Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare proposals on Ovation DCS, ECMS, and E&I Package solutions.
• Co-ordinate with procurement teams and work with vendors for techno-commercial offers.
• Ensure timely completion of activities like LOA and Master Schedule.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• PlanandprepareproposalsonOvationDCS, ECMS,and E&I Package solutions.
• WorkcloselywithSalesandMarketingteamtounderstandandincorporatethe customer requirements in the Proposal.
• Conductplantwalk-downsurveystoidentifythechallengesforretrofits.
• Co-ordinatewiththeprocurementteamsand,asrequired,workwithvendors for techno commercial offers for the proposal.
• Workontheavailabletoolsavailabletogainproficiencyinusingthem.
• Ensurethatthemostcost-effectivesolutionsaredevelopedandproposed
• Techno-commercialreviews/meetingswithcustomersforkeyprojects
• AccurateandtimelycompletionofactivitieslikeLOA,MasterSchedule,smooth handing over to Projects group etc
• InteractwithvariousvendorsandEmersonSCMteamsto obtain the bestquotes for all Non DCS-Non-Emerson items
• DocumentingallrecordsproperlyinlinewithDepartmentQualityProcedures
• Supportateamconcepttoshareexpertiseandlevelofworkload
• Developingexpertiseinspecificfunctionalareasandworkingknowledgeofrelated disciplines to lead to more independent assignments
• USEonlinecostingtoolEETforpreparationofcostingandbudgets

• ThecandidateshouldhaveknowledgeofHardwareandSoftwarefunctionsof DCS / SCADA systems.
• Thecandidateshouldhaveexperienceleadingtheprojectormanageproject related tasks, interaction with customers (internal and external)
• Goodcommunicationskills
