Job summary

Dhruva Automation & Controls in India seeks a Project Execution professional to support end-to-end automation project delivery. You will coordinate day-to-day activities and liaise with PLC/HMI, Electrical, Mechanical, Design and Site teams to keep projects on track.

This role requires travel to customer sites for FAT, SAT, installation and commissioning, strong coordination and documentation skills, and a proactive approach to identify delays.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI/SCADA, VFD, control panels and industrial automation.
• Ability to read electrical drawings.
• Good Excel and documentation skills.
• Strong coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and support FAT/SAT/commissioning activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project execution activities.
• Support and coordinate FAT, SAT, installation and commissioning.
• Coordinate PLC/HMI, Electrical, Mechanical, Design and Site teams.
• Manage and follow up with technicians, electricians, fitters and contractors.
• Track project schedule, manpower, material and pending activities.
• Prepare DPR, project trackers, FAT/SAT checklists and punch-point reports.

• Identify delays/issues and escalates them to the Project Manager.
