Job summary

Technix Acs is seeking an automation engineer with strong hands-on experience in DCS/PLC/SCADA programming, testing, and commissioning on industrial projects. You will contribute across the full automation project lifecycle, from design to FAT/SAT and site commissioning.

You will independently handle automation projects, documentation, and client communication, troubleshoot, and travel for site work across PAN India.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in DCS/PLC/SCADA programming, testing, and commissioning on industrial projects.
• Experience across design, engineering, FAT, SAT, and site commissioning.
• Ability to independently handle automation projects, documentation, and client communication.
• Strong troubleshooting and willingness to travel for site work.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and commission automation systems as per project requirements
• Design and implement control strategies, including development of logic, sequences, and HMI graphics
• Prepare FDS, logic diagrams, I/O lists, and other engineering documentation
• Execute FAT, SAT, and on-site commissioning activities at customer locations (PAN India)
• Diagnose and resolve control system issues at site and support system optimization
• Manage end-to-end project-related activities in coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams
