Job summary

Career Tree Hr Solutions is seeking an experienced Network Security/Infra Engineer to manage Fortinet FortiGate firewalls and Juniper networks in a demanding enterprise/airport IT environment.

The role involves L2 troubleshooting, incident management, RCA, and ensuring SLA-compliant resolutions. You will work with L1/L3 teams and OEM vendors, maintain security documentation, and drive network changes with minimal business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Fortinet FortiGate firewalls and VPNs.
• Know-how of Juniper EX/QFX switches and Mist Wireless infra.
• L2 troubleshooting across network, firewall, VPN, LAN/WAN and wireless.
• Ability to perform RCA and ensure SLA commitments.
• Hands-on with VLANs, trunking and network segmentation.
• Experience in incident management and documenting security/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot Fortinet FortiGate Firewalls, including policies, NAT, VPN, IPS and HA.
• Configure and support Juniper EX/QFX switches and Juniper Mist Wireless.
• Perform L2 troubleshooting for network, firewall, VPN, LAN/WAN and wireless issues.
• Handle incident management, perform RCA, and meet SLA resolutions.
• Configure VLANs, trunking, port security and segmentation.
• Monitor network performance using SIEM and monitoring tools.
• Execute approved network and firewall changes with minimal business impact.
• Collaborate with L1, L3 and OEM vendors for resolutions and escalations.
• Maintain documentation, security compliance and audit readiness.
• Support 24/7 enterprise/airport IT environment with shifts and on-call.

• Perform L2 troubleshooting for network, firewall, VPN, LAN/WAN, and wireless connectivity issues.
• Handle incident management, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and ensure resolution within SLA.
• Configure and manage VLANs, trunking, port security, and network segmentation.
• Monitor network performance using SIEM and network monitoring tools.
• Execute approved network and firewall changes with minimal business impact.
• Work with L1, L3, and OEM vendors for issue resolution and escalations.
• Maintain documentation, security compliance, and audit readiness.
• Support a 247 enterprise/airport IT environment with rotational shifts and on-call support.
