Job summary

Avalon Technologies is seeking a results-oriented Industrial Engineer to lead assembly operations on the factory floor in Tamil Nadu. The role focuses on implementing Lean principles, balancing lines, and driving productivity improvements to meet production targets.

The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or BE in Mechanical/Industrial/Production engineering with 5–8 years of hands-on experience, plus Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification and strong analytical and leadership

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in assembly operations or industrial engineering roles.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
• Strong knowledge of industrial engineering methods.
• Hands-on experience in process improvement and production optimization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a factory environment.
