Job summary

SSA Architects in Mumbai is seeking an experienced contracts administrator to manage contract documents, feasibility studies, and coordination across project teams for buildings and infrastructure projects.

The role focuses on contract interpretation, correspondence, delay analysis, dispute resolution, and development of contracting procedures to minimize cost and risk while aligning with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Preparation of contract documents related to buildings/infrastructure projects.
• Preparing feasibility reports and apprising client of financial feasibility and impact of decisions.
• Studying contract appreciation documents and interpretation of contracts.
• Managing contractual correspondence.
• Interface with Project Management, Engineering, Project Controls, Risk Management, Legal, Tax, Treasury, HSE, QA/QC and other stakeholders.

• Oversee contract scheduling and critical path analysis.
• Resolve disputes through amicable settlements or arbitration.

Job description

1. 1. Preparation of Contract documents related to buildings/ infrastructure related construction projects Preparation of feasibility reports, apprising the client of financial feasibility and impact of any decision on client.
2. 2. Studying Contracts appreciation documents and Interpretation of contracts
3. 3. Managing Contractual correspondence
4. 4. Delay analysis
5. 5. Dispute resolution through amicable settlement, arbitration etc.
6. 6. Candidate should have hands on experience in handling contracts & claims issues of project sites
7. 7. Interface with Project Management, Engineering, Project Controls, Risk Management, Legal, Tax, Treasury, HSE, QA/QC and other stakeholders as required.
8. 8. Develops the projects Contracts administration procedures and Coordinate insurance,
   finance, tax, legal, HSE, etc.
9. 9. Coordinate and implement project contracting knowledge to add value and minimize cost
   and risk to projects.
10. 10. Prepare, track & revise - the contract schedule (CPM/PERT) graphically shows for each work, activity, showing the start & finish time for each activity, the interrelationship of all activities,and the critical path activities.
11. 11. All tasks that are required to be done for the said position as per scope of work, responsibility matrix and Client requirement for the project.
