Job summary

Masters Management Consultants in Mumbai is seeking a Contracts Specialist to lead negotiation, drafting and risk assessment for supplier and customer agreements. You will manage contract lifecycle, ensure accurate documentation and resolve disputes to protect commercial interests.

• Contract Negotiation: negotiating terms and conditions with customers, subcontractors, vendors and stakeholders
• Preparation of contracts: draft and prepare contracts including terms, specifications, scope of work and other relevant documents
• Contract Review and Analysis: contract engineers review upcoming contracts to identify potential risks, liabilities and discrepancies
• Contract Management: monitor the execution of contracts. Management throughout its life cycle
• Documentation and Records: maintain accurate records of all contract documents, correspondence and communications. This documentation is essential to track project progress, resolve disputes, and ensure that contractual obligations are met
• Conflict resolution: Facilitate negotiations to resolve conflicts and achieve mutual understanding acceptable solutions
