Job summary

RNTBCI PL in Chennai, India is seeking a purchasing professional to support RFQ processes, sourcing plans, POs, and supplier negotiations.

You will prepare RFQ packages, track sourcing progress, and generate cost reports; develop dashboards for BOP and non-BOP activities, and provide administrative support for sourcing and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare RFQ packages for BOP & Non-BOP commodities.
• Support the creation and tracking of sourcing plans.
• Assist in managing sourcing progress to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare cost fluctuation reports between milestones for effective tracking.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards for BOP, Non-BOP, and quality teams.
• Create purchase orders for all types of BOP/Non-BOP requirements.
• Provide administrative support for sourcing and procurement activities.
• Assist in sourcing parts for exportation, focusing on LCC.
• Source low turnover commodities such as fasteners and aftersales products.
• Negotiate with suppliers to control TDC (Total Delivered Cost).
• Support cost reduction initiatives to achieve better pricing and efficiency.
