Job summary

Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre India is seeking a procurement professional to support supplier management for BOP and Non-BOP commodities. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop commodity strategies, evaluate sustainability, and implement approved sourcing plans.

You will handle NDA, RFQ, quotes, and NRC processes, assist in supplier nominations, and participate in RFQ evaluations and supplier negotiations.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing supplier base and evaluating supplier performance.
• Proven ability to support RFQ evaluations and supplier negotiations.
• Knowledge of QCDDM targets (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Development, Management).

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a competitive supplier base for BOP & Non-BOP commodities.
• Support the development of commodity strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Recommend updates to the supplier panel for approval by RSM and GD/GDD.
• Help assess suppliers’ sustainability and assist with QCDDM evaluations.
• Implement approved strategies across sourcing and development activities.
• Contribute insights to the sourcing plan and assist in sourcing activities.
• Handle NDA, RFQ, quote, and NRC processes per Renault-Nissan standards.
• Assist in supplier nominations and ensure all documentation is completed through NSC.
• Support RFQ evaluations, technical screenings, and supplier negotiations.
• Provide supplier input during design phases and assist in VT approvals.
• Help process VT POs and support development activities through LSPM/Buyer.
• Ensure timely supplier capacity building and PSW sign-offs.
• Coordinate timely PO releases for development and production milestones.
• Support negotiations to meet QCDDM targets (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Development, Management).
• Monitor QCDDM performance and assist in corrective actions when necessary.
• Help track supplier performance and assist in resolving quality issues.
