• Budget Tracking: Monitor project cost vs. approved budget; track committed vs. actual cost and highlight deviations.
• Work Order Study & Tracking: Understand scope, rates, inclusions/exclusions, escalation clauses; track compliance and scope changes.
• Site Progress Checking: Visit sites; verify progress; compare actual vs. planned and document with photos.
• Escalation & Quantity Variations: Track rate escalations, quantity deviations, and maintain variation/change order registers.
• Schedule Tracking: Update project schedule; track milestone progress; identify delays and prepare lookahead schedules.
