Job summary

ReSource Pro in Bengaluru offers an exciting opportunity to join a team focused on automating client operations. You will analyze processes, support SDU teams to simplify and improve workflows, and design end-to-end automation blueprints.

You will also develop future-state automation solutions, configure scripts, and deploy automation while mentoring colleagues. The role emphasizes project planning and ongoing maintenance of automation assets to ensure sustained value.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes for automation opportunities and support SDU and clients to simplify operations through technology automation.
• Provide service delivery coaching and consulting to SDU teams, deliver in-class workshops on automation technologies, and mentor colleagues on workflow development and best practices.
• Design future-state automation solutions leveraging robotic process automation, workflows, platforms, and process redesign to meet client requirements.
• Configure scripts and implement workflow platforms to automate processes; review scripts and enforce development best practices.
• Plan and execute division-level projects within constraints, manage risks/issues/changes, and provide status updates and improvement suggestions.
• Maintain and adapt existing automation processes within a change-control framework and troubleshoot day-to-day issues with automation technologies.

  • Support Service Delivery Unit (SDU) and our clients to simplify and improve their operations, through the use of technology automation, by developing business cases, analyzing clients as-is processes and designing end-to-end automation solution blueprints.
  
  
  
  


• Service Delivery Coaching & Consulting-20%
  
  
  
  • Support Service Delivery teams, especially large and fast-growing teams, to adopt more automation and innovation in their processes.
  
  
  • Deliver in-class workshops or trainings on automation technologies.
  
  
  • Mentor SDU colleagues on workflow and robotic automation development, providing advice and guidance on best practices and development techniques.
  
  
  • Support the adoption of automation best practices within the SDU division to ensure consistency and control of automation.
  
  
  
  


• Solution Development and Implementation-40%
  
  
  
  • Design future state solutions which leverage robotic process automation, workflows, platforms, and process redesign to improve the efficiency and quality of a client’s e nd to end business process, while meeting the client’s business requirements.
  
  
  • Configure scripts, design and implement workflow platforms in order to automate a process.
  
  
  • Review scripts created by automation engineers and enforce development best practices in team.
  
  
  • Take responsibility of automation deployment and gathering business metrics.

  • Working within project constraints, assist with the planning and execution of assigned division level projects by managing risks, issues, and changes while providing timely status updates and improvement suggestions to Technology management.
