Job summary

ReSource Pro is seeking an Analyst in Operational Excellence for its Bangalore office. The role focuses on implementing standard procedures, supporting new product service delivery, and assisting service delivery teams with client integration, documentation and training.

You will also provide basic OPEX services and audit against established standards, contributing to process improvements and efficiency across the organization.
