Job summary

Chart Industries, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager – Planning in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh to lead planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities for cryogenic and related capital projects.

You will coordinate with materials, production and QC to ensure timely delivery and generate regular progress reports. The role requires 8+ years in cryogenic/pressure vessels/oil & gas or capital goods manufacturing, with strong SAP, MS Project, and Primavera skills and a focus on accurate

Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech (Mech.) with 8+ years of experience in Cryogenic / Pressure Vessels / Oil & Gas / Boilers industry or any capital goods manufacturing industry.
• Good computer skills with MSProject/ Primavera
• Good knowledge in SAP is must
• Should have good knowledge in Production Planning, Scheduling, Forecasting, Estimation & Budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Sale order review, budgeting,planning, & scheduling of job orders in SAP.
• Planning, scheduling and Updating of job order activities in MS projects.
• Co-ordination with Materials, Production and QC to meet the client’s delivery date and Regular follow-up of job orders.
• Monitor, control and advise on progress of manufacture of equipment and optimize on phasing of completion for shipment to best suited, most cost effective Client site delivery.
• Generate progress reports like daily, weekly and monthly.
• Track procurements to expedite timely delivery of project materials.
• Analyze delays in Procurement of Critical and Long Lead items.
• Maintain Checklist for Readiness of various Project Activities.
• Advise to the management on any deviations from authorized project schedule in a manner as to best effect recovery to original plan.
• Planning for billing and dispatch of products with suitable documents.

Your Experience Should Be...
