Job summary

Quess in Pune, Maharashtra, is seeking a maintenance engineer for equipment like STS, RMG, E-RTG, RST, ECH and forklifts. The role emphasizes safety, reliability-based maintenance, PM discipline, and timely reporting of job closures in Maximo.

The candidate will lead peers, follow company policies on information security, and assist the Shift In-Charge with resource and task management while upholding Founders Principles and LEAN practices.

Qualifications

• B. E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Graduate: 3 to 6 years or Diploma experience in the maintenance of heavy lifting equipment's

Responsibilities

• Follow the safety norms of the company and contribute in improving the standards.
• Implementation of the reliability based maintenance and 5S.
• Carry out all jobs as assigned by the Shift in-charge (SIC).
• PM compliance and PM closing as per company KPI
• Report on all jobs after completion
• Suggest any modifications required to reduce Maintenance time
• Lead the peer group.
• Assist SIC as required.
• Adhere to Our Principles (Founders Principles) and LEAN
• Adhere to DPWs Information security/ Security Compliance/ Confidentiality of information/ Global and MICT safety requirements and policies
• When act as SIC, maintain
• Log book, Breakdown entry, PTW, LOTO issue, conduct TBT, supervision and shift reporting.
• Issue and allocate jobs, monitor all type of engineering activities.
• Service request closing in Maximo.
