Job summary

Aarti Pharmalabs is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer (Electrical & Instrumentation) to lead maintenance across electrical and instrumentation systems in our manufacturing facility. The role focuses on preventive and predictive maintenance of HT/LT systems, transformers, VFDs, MCCs, motors, and power distribution, along with instrument calibration and fault troubleshooting.

You will oversee PLC, SCADA, DCS, and HMI platforms, drive energy-saving initiatives, and ensure strict adherence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance within manufacturing or process industries.
• Experience with PLC, SCADA, DCS, VFDs, HT/LT systems, and industrial automation.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and maintenance best practices.
• Excellent leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.

• Maintain and troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, DCS, and HMI systems.
• Optimize process control systems to improve plant performance.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of instrumentation through regular calibration.

Education
