Job summary

Luminous Power Technologies (P) Ltd seeks a maintenance engineering professional in Solan to drive CMMS/SAP maintenance tasks, track daily breakdowns, and implement TPM across the plant. The role includes preparing monthly review materials and supporting new projects through commissioning and site drawings.

The incumbent will also contribute to energy cost optimization via EnMS ISO50001-2018 and spearhead new automation projects to reduce manpower and boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS and SAP for maintenance activities.
• Ability to track and analyze KPI and daily breakdown data.
• Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) concepts.
• Ability to prepare technical presentations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Drive CMMS/SAP maintenance activities including breakdown and preventive maintenance.
• Track KPI and monitor daily performance and data.
• Implement and drive Total Productive Maintenance across the plant.
• Prepare presentations for monthly reviews, cluster summits and competitions.
• Create AUTOCAD drawings for projects.
• Support commissioning and enable new projects in the plant.
• Optimize energy conversion costs in the utilities sector via EnMS (ISO50001-2018).
• Develop new automation projects to save manpower and energy costs while boosting productivity.

Job Description:

1. Driving CMMS/SAP Maintenance activity like B/D (Break Down) and PM (Preventive Maintenance) as per department guidelines, tracking of daily Breakdown data, RCA for Breakdowns etc.

2. Tracking of KPI and daily Monitoring.

3. Implementation and driving the Total Productive Maintenance.

4. Preparation of presentation for monthly review meetings, competitions, cluster summits etc.

5. Preparation of AUTOCAD drawings for projects.

6. Supporting in Commissioning and facilitating new project in plant.

7.Optimizing conversion cost in energy section (Utilities) driven through EnMS (ISO50001-2018).

8.New Automation projects to save manpower cost, Energy Cost and increased productivity.
