SATechnologies Inc. in Pune is hiring a Senior Engineer to lead validation efforts for automotive infotainment systems.

The role requires hands-on testing, test-plan creation, and collaboration with development teams to ensure quality across BT, Tuner, Android Auto, Carplay, Navigation, WiFi, Cybersecurity and Functional safety features. The candidate should have extensive experience in C/C++, embedded C, CAPL, Python, and CANoe, with strong documentation and communication skills for team

Qualificações

• Bachelor/Master of Engineering degree in Electronics.
• 8+ years of experience in Automotive Validation.
• Atleast 4+ years of experience in Infotainment software testing.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with development lead for scheduling and releases.
• Develop plan to execute different kinds of tests.
• Create and maintain DVP (Development Validation Plan).
• Review the DVP created by team.
• Debug issues and plan automation for SoC/MCU test cases.
• Guide junior team members for automation flow.
• Perform peer reviews and ensure project standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and upgrade existing systems, ensure software is up-to-date.

Requirement/Description:

Qualifications:

• o Bachelor/Master of Engineering degree in Electronics.

Experience:

• o 8+ years of experience in Automotive Validation
• o Atleast 4+ years of experience in Infotaimentsoftware testing

Skills andcompetencies:

Must Have:

• o Strong understanding of Automotive Infotainment Systems & it’svalidation.
• o Should have experience in gray box testing.
• o Experience in creating andexecuting the test cases/test plans developed from requirements.
• o Review software requirements, software architecture, and testspecifications
• o Ensure compliance with customer requirements and quality standards.
• o Core experience in testing of Infotainment featurelike BT,Tuner, UDS ,Android Auto,Carplay, Navigation,WiFi, Cybersecurity& Functional safety .
• o Should have knowledge of defect management
• o Knowledge of C++, embedded C
• o Hands on experience in Python & CAPL script fortest case writing & automation.
• o In depth Knowledge of HW/CANoe.
• Knowledge and experience with automotivecommunication protocols such as CAN, LIN &UDS Protocols and related tools to measure and command signals, though scripting orotherwise.
• Experiencewith Configuration Management, requirement management,revisioncontrol,issue-tracking,review tools like JIRA/ DOORS/ALM Tools / GIT/GERRIT /Confluence etc.
• o Very good knowledge different testingtechnique
• o Hand onexperience in debugger ( Trace32, Seggar, J-Link, etc) for test caseexecution.
• o Hands-on skills to design, build andbring up test setup/ infra
• o Must be a goodteam player and act as per the project needs.
• o Business level of English.
• o Should guide to junior team member
• o Ability to understand FROP document
• o Should begood in Sprint planning
• o Very good at documentation andpresentations skill
