Job summary

The role requires 5–8 years of overall experience, 2–3 years in automotive software on Android, and exposure to Agile/SCRUM environments. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills are essential.

Requirement/Description:

Full Software development life cycleof Android projects in JAVA/Kotlin . Core competency in Automotiveembedded software development.

Minimumeducation level:

• Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics/Computer Science.

Experience:

• Master/Bachelor of engineering degree in Electronics/Computer Sciencewith prior experience of minimum 2-3 years in Automotive Software Developmenton Android (AOSP/AAOS) in JAVA/Kotlin and Overall experience should be5 to 8 years
• Experience on Android HMI development for building system and user apps.

Skills and competencies:

• Good understanding of Android architecture and framework
• Good knowledge in HMI wireframing/prototyping for Android (Figma)
• Good understanding of continuous build using Jenkins, Linux tools.
• Experience in integration and validation methodologies.
• Experience with requirement management, revision control,issue-tracking, review tools IBM Doors/IBM RTC(EWM)/IBM rhapsody/JIRA/GITLab/GERRITetc.
• Experience of working in SCRUM team in Agile methodology.
• Support to Junior Developers
• Problem solving techniques &capability.
• Strong debugging and log analysisskills
