Job summary

Shree Cement is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee enterprise-wide IT systems across multiple sites in Haryana and other locations. You will ensure LAN/WAN availability, manage core and edge network devices, and drive cybersecurity compliance.

Responsibilities include site deployments, backup management, SAP/ILMS/ RFID support, CCTV and access control systems, and end-user IT support. Travel across plants may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise-wide IT infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Ensure availability and performance of LAN/WAN, Internet connectivity, and Wireless Networks.
• Configure and manage network devices including Core Switches, L2 Switches, Firewalls, Access Points, VPN, RF Links, and SD-WAN.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and coordinate with ISPs.
• Support new site deployments including Fiber Cable laying, Network Rack installation, Switch installation, and Earthing infrastructure.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls and ensure compliance with IT policies and ITGC requirements.
• Support cyber incident response and remediation activities.
• Monitor local backup systems and perform backup and restore activities.
• Provide infrastructure support for SAP, ILMS, Manless Weighbridge Operations, GPS Tracking, and RFID-based applications.
• Manage CCTV systems, NVR/DVR devices, Video Walls, Access Control Systems, Attendance Machines, Boom Barriers, and Control Room infrastructure.
• Deliver end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, plotters, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Video Conferencing systems.
• Manage AMC contracts, service tickets, OEM escalations, and SLA compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, maintenance, invoicing, and service improvements.
• Maintain IT inventory and asset lifecycle management, including procurement support, AMC renewals, and e-waste disposal compliance.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation including network diagrams, rack layouts, and configuration backups.
• Prepare MIS reports and ensure compliance with IT policies, audit requirements, and uptime targets.
