Job summary

Think People Solutions is seeking a Network Engineer to manage LAN/WAN across plant and office locations. You will configure VLANs, routing, NAT, and firewall policies, with hands-on Cisco device experience.

The role includes VPN, bandwidth management, CCTV networks, Wi‑Fi deployment, and collaboration with ISPs and vendors in a manufacturing IT setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in plant/manufacturing IT environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing, NAT, QoS.
• Firewall configuration experience (Fortinet/Sophos preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage LAN/WAN network across plant and office locations.
• Configure and maintain VLANs, Inter-VLAN routing, STP/RSTP, NAT, ACL.
• Hands on experience in Cisco Devices.
• Configure and manage firewalls.
• Configure and Manage VC conferencing.
• Handle IPSec VPN, bandwidth management, traffic shaping, and failover links.
• Manage OFC backbone and SFP modules.
• Support enterprise Wi‑Fi deployment and IP telephony.
• Configure and maintain CCTV network (500+ camera environment preferred).
• Coordinate with ISP and vendors for connectivity and hardware support.
• Maintain network documentation and ensure audit compliance.
