Aptiv in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Software Engineer (Embedded Radar) to develop next-generation radar software for automotive safety and ADAS. You will join a global team to design, integrate, test, and optimize embedded software powering advanced mobility features.

Ideal candidates have 6–10 years in embedded automotive software, strong C/C++, AUTOSAR, VxWorks, Linux/QNX, and experience with automotive processors and tools like VectorCAST, Polarion, Jira, EA.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
• 6 to 10 years of embedded software development experience in automotive.
• Strong expertise in Embedded Software, AUTOSAR, Multicore OS, and C/C++.
• Hands-on with VxWorks, Linux/QNX; experience with automotive processors (S32, Aurix, TDA4).
• Working knowledge of ASPICE, Agile methodologies, and tools such as VectorCAST, Polarion, Jira, EA, and configuration management.
• Exposure to Functional Safety, Cyber Security, or ADAS is an added advantage.

• Perform algorithm and feature integration in an embedded environment.
• Handle all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, unit testing, and software integration testing.
• Execute unit and functional testing activities to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Debug and resolve internally and customer-reported issues using industry-standard development and debugging tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and achieve project objectives.

As a Software Engineer (Embedded Radar), you will work on next-generation RADAR products and embedded software solutions that enable advanced vehicle safety and autonomous driving features. YOUR BACKGROUND

• 6 to 10 years of experience in Embedded Software Development within the automotive domain.
• Strong expertise in Embedded Software, AUTOSAR, Multicore OS, and C/C++ development.
• Hands-on experience with VxWorks, Linux/QNX architecture, Ethernet, and automotive processors such as S32, Aurix, or TDA4.
• Working knowledge of ASPICE, Agile methodologies, and tools such as VectorCAST, Polarion, Jira, EA, and configuration management tools.
• Exposure to Functional Safety, Cyber Security, or ADAS technologies is an added advantage.
