Job summary

Vishal Builders seeks a Sr. Electrical Engineer to lead electrical installation and supervision at CPWD project sites in Pune/Shriharikota. The role requires 10–11 years of experience in electrical execution and site supervision, with preference for government/institutional projects.

You will manage HT/LT systems, cable laying, earthing, lighting, and power distribution, ensuring compliance with CPWD specifications and safety standards while coordinating with multiple teams to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering required.
• 10–11 years of electrical execution and site supervision experience.
• Experience on Government/CPWD/institutional projects preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical installation and execution works at project sites.
• Manage HT/LT panels, cable laying, earthing, lighting systems, and power distribution works.
• Ensure execution of electrical works as per approved drawings, technical specifications, CPWD standards, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with civil engineering teams, subcontractors, consultants, and project management teams for smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with CPWD specifications, relevant IS codes, electrical safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Monitor daily progress, resolve site-level technical issues, and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
• Prepare and review daily progress reports, material records, inspection reports, and other project documentation.
• Verify site measurements, BOQs, and subcontractor bills, and assist in billing and quantity reconciliation.
• Conduct quality inspections, electrical testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Monitor material requirements, utilization, and installation quality to minimize wastage and ensure efficient project execution.
• Guide site engineers, supervisors, and technicians to achieve project targets within the stipulated timelines.

Qualification

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
• 10–11 years of relevant experience in electrical execution and site supervision.
• Experience in Government, CPWD, institutional, residential, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
