Avillion Farms is hiring an Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee electrical works at construction sites in Karnataka. You will execute installations per drawings, monitor compliance, and coordinate with contractors and site teams.

The role requires a BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years in electrical construction or MEP projects. Strong knowledge of LT panels, DBs, cables, and SLDs is essential.

Formación

• BE/BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant Electrical Construction/MEP experience.
• Strong knowledge of building electrical systems and construction practices.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, SLDs, and layouts.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise electrical works at construction sites.

• Prepare progress reports and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with other services to avoid clashes.
• Assist in testing and commissioning before handover.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor electrical works at the construction/project site
• Execute electrical installations as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), and specifications
• Supervise installation of LT panels, DBs, cables, conduits, lighting, earthing, and power distribution systems
• Monitor electrical wiring, cable laying, termination, testing, and commissioning
• Coordinate with contractors, electricians, consultants, civil engineers, and other site teams
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify electrical issues, deviations, and defects
• Inspect electrical materials and ensure compliance with approved specifications and quality standards
• Coordinate with the project team to resolve technical and site-related electrical issues
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely completion of electrical works
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain electrical work documentation
• Coordinate with civil, plumbing, HVAC, and other services to avoid site clashes
• Assist in testing and commissioning of electrical systems before project handover
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and applicable codes
• Monitor site work quality, manpower, materials, and overall electrical work progress

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Electrical Construction / MEP Projects
• Strong knowledge of building electrical systems and construction practices
• Good knowledge of LT panels, DBs, cables, lighting, earthing, power distribution, and electrical equipment
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, and layouts
• Knowledge of electrical testing and commissioning procedures
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Strong site supervision, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
