We are looking for a highly experienced Senior E-commerce Manager in Surat to lead and grow an e-commerce business. This role suits someone who has worked in a fast-paced environment and knows how to build and grow consumer brands.

As a Senior E-commerce Manager, you will lead the e-commerce strategy across digital channels, identify new growth opportunities, and drive sales, revenue, profitability, and customer growth. You will review business performance, create growth plans, and work closely with different teams to turn plans into results.

What We Want You to Do?

• Own the overall e-commerce growth strategy and business performance.
• Drive growth across sales, marketplaces, website, performance marketing, and social channels.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, conversion, customer acquisition, and profitability.
• Oversee inventory planning and ensure inventory availability aligns with business and sales objectives.
• Lead marketplace strategy and performance across relevant platforms.

• Build, lead, and mentor teams responsible for execution across different functions.
• Set priorities, define goals, and ensure teams remain aligned with overall business objectives.
• Identify operational gaps and implement scalable processes to improve efficiency and performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in e-commerce, D2C, digital commerce, or a related field.
• Proven experience in building and scaling e-commerce or consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, marketplaces, D2C websites, and digital marketing.
• Experience managing sales, inventory, performance marketing, and overall e-commerce operations.
• Strong commercial and business acumen with a clear understanding of revenue and profitability drivers.
• Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable taking complete ownership and accountability for business growth.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, progressive, and growth-oriented environments.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or equivalent hands‑on experience.

Preferred Experience

• Candidates who have played a key role in scaling a D2C or consumer brand will be highly preferred.
• Experience in a senior e-commerce, growth, business, or P&L ownership role will be a strong advantage.
• Candidates with a proven track record of taking an e-commerce business to the next stage of growth will be highly preferred.
