This Email Marketing job role is ideal for someone who understands customer journeys, email planning, segmentation, campaign execution, and conversion-focused reporting. You will research and plan campaigns, build and deploy emails in Klaviyo and HubSpot, and use data and AI tools to improve results over time.

What We Want You to Do?

Strategy & Planning

• Own email strategy for D2C brands: research and decide what goes out to drive revenue and conversions.
• Develop end-to-end lifecycle strategies across acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Manage email calendars, segmentation strategies, and personalization to maximize impact.

Campaign Execution

• Plan, build, and deploy campaigns, sequences, and workflows in Klaviyo and HubSpot.
• Handle segmentation, list management, and A/B testing end to end.
• Create email copy, design, and layouts that align with brand guidelines and goals.

AI-Assisted Marketing

• Use AI tools to speed up copy drafting, subject-line testing, and creative variations.
• Apply AI to surface segmentation and personalization insights and improve workflow efficiency.
• Test and adopt new AI and email tools as the space evolves.

Analytics & Optimization

• Track and report open rates, CTR, bounce rates, and conversion rates to optimize performance.
• Run A/B tests to improve effectiveness, deliverability, and ROI.
• Turn data into clear, actionable next steps.

Compliance & Collaboration

• Keep campaigns compliant with best practices and regulations: CAN-SPAM for the US, GDPR for EU/UK.
• Work with content, design, and sales for cohesive messaging and aligned campaigns.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on email marketing experience with a proven track record of results.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar).
• Strong grasp of email marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices, with an eCommerce focus.
• Experience with email segmentation, list management, and lead nurturing.
• Solid understanding of deliverability, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
• Comfortable using AI tools for copy, testing, and workflow efficiency.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and act on it.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus.
