This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of engineering excellence, product delivery, and customer success.

You will own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS products, working closely with global clients, product leaders, and engineering teams. The role is ideal for a leader who thrives in scaling delivery organizations, building strong engineering cultures, and driving predictable, high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Product Delivery & Execution Excellence: Own delivery of multiple product lines and client implementations; establish predictable, scalable release cycles with strong governance; drive on-time, high-quality releases across global customers.
• Engineering Leadership & Team Building: Lead and scale high-performing engineering teams; build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement; mentor senior technical leaders and groom future leadership.
• Client-Centric Delivery: Partner directly with enterprise clients to understand business needs; drive solutioning, customizations, and issue resolution; ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Technology & Architecture Oversight: Provide leadership across .NET, Azure, microservices, and enterprise SaaS architecture; drive adoption of best practices in scalability, security, and performance; align engineering practices with long-term platform vision.
