Qualifications

• Strong technical background with experience in driving execution across multiple engineering teams.
• Leading teams through complex technical and delivery challenges while maintaining high quality standards.
• Enhance predictability of engineering initiatives by collaborating effectively with product managers, designers, architects and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices, cloud-native architectures, agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, and production operations.
• Contributing to technical design reviews, non-functional requirements analysis, security & privacy risk assessments and threat modelling.
• Use metrics and qualitative insights to improve team effectiveness and delivery flow.
• Continuous improvement of engineering and release practices.
• Ensuring strong team morale and camaraderie by conducting regular 1-on-1s and skip levels with team members.
