About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Director of Engineering to lead and scale our engineering organization. This role will be responsible for defining the engineering strategy, driving execution, and building high-quality, scalable, and secure products.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SaaS platforms, cloud architecture (AWS), and Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning technologies. This leader will work closely with product, data, and leadership teams to build innovative solutions and strengthen engineering practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering
• 5+ years of experience leading engineering managers and large teams
• Strong experience with large-scale SaaS platforms
• Deep knowledge of software architecture and distributed systems
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
• Hands-on exposure to AI / ML technologies and AI-powered product features
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and engineering processes
• Experience collaborating with product teams and executive leadership

Architecture & Engineering Excellence :

• Ensure best practices across architecture design, coding standards, CI/CD, testing, and DevOps.
• Maintain high standards of software quality, performance, and reliability.
• Support scalable and consistent architecture across product teams.

Cross Functional Collaboration :

• Work closely with Product, Data, Security, and Operations teams.
• Partner with leadership to ensure successful product delivery and technology adoption.
• Act as a technical advisor for internal teams and stakeholders.
