This client-facing role focuses on deployment, adoption, and scaling of enterprise digital and AI-powered solutions across client organizations.

You will collaborate with clients, product, engineering, and delivery leaders to translate ideas into measurable business outcomes, drive adoption, and ensure scalable, production-ready deployments.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, Solution Consulting, Forward Deployed roles, Solution Architecture, or Technology Consulting.
• Hands-on experience working directly with enterprise clients during implementation and deployment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, AI-driven solutions, automation technologies, data platforms, or cloud-native ecosystems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and operational solution designs.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Forward Deployed Strategist who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, client engagement, and execution.

This is a client-facing role for professionals who want to go beyond traditional consulting and actively drive the deployment, adoption, and scaling of enterprise-grade digital and AI-powered solutions. You will work closely with clients, product teams, engineering teams, and delivery leaders to transform ideas into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Strategic Execution

• Partner directly with client stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and transformation objectives.
• Act as an embedded strategist during solution deployments, ensuring alignment with operational realities and business needs.
• Build strong client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor and hands-on problem solver.

Product & Solution Design

• Translate business challenges into scalable product solutions, workflows, and feature requirements.
• Balance client-specific needs with reusable and scalable platform capabilities.
• Provide real-world insights to influence product strategy and platform evolution.

End-to-End Delivery Ownership

• Lead engagements from discovery and solution design through pilot, rollout, and optimization.
• Convert business objectives into functional requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
• Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure solutions are production-ready and scalable.
• Define and track success metrics related to efficiency, productivity, user experience, and business outcomes.
• Drive user adoption through onboarding, change management, and operating model alignment.
• Continuously optimize deployed solutions based on feedback and usage insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a bridge between Sales, Consulting, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
• Support pre-sales activities through solution design discussions, demos, and feasibility assessments.
• Contribute to best practices, playbooks, and reusable deployment frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, Solution Consulting, Forward Deployed roles, Solution Architecture, or Technology Consulting.
• Hands-on experience working directly with enterprise clients during implementation and deployment programs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, AI-driven solutions, automation technologies, data platforms, or cloud-native ecosystems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and operational solution designs.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining execution accountability.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Product-Led Services, Enterprise SaaS, or Platform Engineering environments.
• Exposure to IT Operations, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Support modernization initiatives.
• Experience scaling solutions from pilot programs to enterprise-wide deployments.
• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
