Senior Technical Delivery Manager – Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager who combines strong technological expertise with exceptional leadership skills to drive successful project delivery across strategic initiatives.

About the Role

In this role, you will be accountable for end-to-end delivery ownership — from planning and execution to launch and post-go-live performance — ensuring high-quality, timely, and business-aligned outcomes. The ideal candidate is not only an excellent delivery leader but also deeply tech-savvy, able to understand complex architectures, guide engineering teams, and make critical technical decisions that influence project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Delivery Function: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple, large-scale technology initiatives.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance, review architectural decisions, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with CXOs, clients, product managers, and engineering leads to align priorities and manage expectations.
• Delivery Excellence: Drive adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Team Leadership & Mentoring: Build, inspire, and lead high-performing cross-functional delivery teams.
• Risk Management: Anticipate delivery challenges, implement mitigation plans, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
• Process Optimization: Define and refine delivery frameworks, agile practices, and governance models.
• Innovation Enablement: Champion the adoption of new tools, technologies, and best practices to improve delivery outcomes.

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• Experience: 12–18 years of experience in technology delivery, including senior leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of at least one major technology stack (Cloud / SaaS / Enterprise Software / Data & Analytics / AI & Automation etc.) and ability to discuss solutions at a technical level.
• Proven success in delivering large, complex, multi-stakeholder technology programs.
• Excellent understanding of modern delivery frameworks (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).
• Strong commercial and business acumen with the ability to connect technology delivery to business value.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working in a global, fast-paced environment.
