Job summary

Mirafra in Bangalore is seeking a Senior DFT Engineer to lead DFT design for complex SoCs. You will implement architectures and drive DFT initiatives across the project lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on experience with Scan, ATPG, MBIST and JTAG, and collaboration with RTL, PHY, STA and verification teams. 5–20 years of experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 5 to 20 years of experience in DFT and related domains.
• Strong hands-on experience with DFT methods and architectures.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and debug DFT solutions.

We are looking for experienced Senior DFT Engineers to join our team in Bangalore.

Job Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5 to 20 Years
