Job summary

Oasisserve Design Services Pvt. Ltd. in Pune district is seeking a fixture design engineer to design and develop assembly and welding fixtures, jigs, tooling and SPMs using UG NX.

You will create 3D models, 2D drawings and BOMs, work on fixture and conveying equipment design, perform DFM/DFA and GD&T as part of a cross-functional team and maintain design documentation and revision control.

• Experience in fixture design and development.

• Maintain design documentation and revision control.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Carry out DFM/DFA, tolerance stack-up and GD&T considerations in designs.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, quality and production teams for design feasibility.
• Support material selection, fabrication and manufacturing feasibility.
• Modify and improve designs based on testing, production requirements and customer feedback.
• Maintain proper design documentation and revision control.
